Returns
Product returns must be made within thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Customers should email at [email protected] for instructions. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by XionLab.
Due to the speed, which we fulfill your requests, we are unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment. If your order is back-ordered or not shipping for two or more business days, please contact Customer Care and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. If you no longer need an item in your order, please return it.
